Welcome to Parkside Farm Shop. As a family, we have sold home produced free range eggs and local vegetables for over 30 years. In 2010 we decided to expand, and we now keep Dexter beef cattle and rare breed pigs and sheep. We butcher all the meat ourselves, and sell our quality rare breed meat direct to the public, along with other local produce from the surrounding area.
We are not a large scale producer, so you can be assured that when you shop with us you will be getting produce that is at its best.
If you have not tried our grass fed Dexter beef then you are missing out. We rear all our grass fed beef, pork and lamb locally, and it is butchered here on the premises by Phil.
Our poultry comes from the award winning Potash Farm, where the birds are free to roam.
We stock a constantly changing selection of British Artisan cheeses. Pop in and see what we currently have, and ask for a taste if you are not sure what you like.
All our meat pies, pasties and sausage rolls are made here in the Parkside kitchen, using Parkside meat and the freshest of local vegetables.
All fruit and veg is sourced locally, and whenever possible, grown locally.
Other items we stock includes various jams and chutneys, local honey, milk and cream, Kefir water and Kimchi, and locally made chocolate and sweets.
Freshly baked by Jo's Loaves, this is Sour dough as it should be. Whether you want a plain white loaf, or something more exotic like chilli and cheddar, you won't be disappointed.
We are located on the outskirts of Broom, Bedfordshire.
From the A1 Biggleswade North roundabout, take the B658 heading towards The Shuttleworth Collection and Old Warden. Then take the first left onto Gypsy Lane, and at the T-junction at the end of Gypsy Lane turn right into Broom. Parkside Farm Shop is the first property on the right as you enter the village.
